We have been “at home” in multitudinous industrial sectors since decades. But also new sectors and new duties and responsibilities excite us. All sides always benefit from new impulses, the transfer of knowledge and ability. And isn´t it the engineer´s nature to search always new challenges? Since the very beginning of our company, the aim has been to keep getting better.
Our main focus are the following branches:
Wafer

Special applications such as special end effector, end effector changer and special handling applications have already been developed for wafer handling for a lot of well-known semiconductor manufacturer. Current projects have been strengthening this area for years.
Automotive

From welding devices, assembly stations and testing devices, among other things, to fully automatic manufacturing cells were and will be built and developed for leading companies in the automotive industry by Werner Lieb GmbH.
Electro-Technics

Decades of experience and unconditional innovative strength are behind the assembly machines for testing, joining and measuring of electrical components.
Plastics

To this day, special machines, solutions and manufacturing applications for the assembly and testing of plastic parts are developed and manufactured for a wide variety of industries at our location in Rödental. The spectrum ranges from the assembly of test devices, adhesive heads and the welding of plastic gripping aids, to embossing and hot caulking, to laser marking.
Ceramics

Exemplary competence and integrated process: For a big international ceramic – concern the task was to manufacture a robot cell for measuring, labelling, sorting, packaging and trading ceramic parts weighing up to 50 kilos. For this purpose Lieb developed an in-house development in the area of a servomotor gripper. With success.
Medical Technology and Cosmetic Industry

Werner Lieb GmbH meets the special requirements of medical technology and the beauty industry through its ability to manufacture and work under clean room conditions. Automating of packaging, labelling, testing and trading in the medical-cosmetic industry the uniqueness of “everything from one source” has shown a constant growth for years by its innovative strength and quality assurance.
