The LIEB loader is the universal solution for reliable, fully automated loading and unloading of trays and workpiece carriers, including substrates/modules, for many types of systems and production technologies throughout the packaging process.

Tray Loader

Features

  • Easy adaptation to different machine types for different production technologies

  • Transfer of the tray to the downstream system by means of a process belt or transfer of the tray contents by means of a robot

  • Automatic mapping of the height and position of the tray stack
  • Automatic correction of the stack position up to max. 12 mm on both sides in case of offset
  • ISO class 7 cleanliness
  • max. tray size: 600 x 400 mm (L x W)
  • Detection of the substrate or module position for reliable unloading with the robot

Cycle times

  • 15 sec / tray change
  • 5 sec loading/unloading by robot / substrate
